In order to keep fit and agile physically and naturally, it is imperative that regular exercise takes place so that the bones, muscles, nerves and other parts are toned to be effective. Through reading the Scriptures, imbibing the Holy Spirit, regular talking to God in Prayer etc., will ensure you are in prime condition to live and work for your LORD.
