A GOLDEN PROMISE from the Bible

That is what Paul told a group of believers. They were not in penury or poverty but had been enriched beyond measure in and through Jesus Christ. He writes in Romans 8:32 “He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall he not with Him also freely give us all things” God has gone so far in raising His Son to His right hand on the throne with the intention of blessing all those who come into oneness with Him. Just as much as He exalts, owns and blesses His Son, so He intends to do the same for all who are in living, dynamic relationship with Him. Spurgeon wrote “What can the Lord deny us after giving us Jesus? If we nee all things in heaven and earth, he will grant them to us; for if there had been a limit anywhere, He would have kept back his own Son.” So, today, you must claim and enter into your full inheritance that has been laid up in Christ for you. Do not live a pauper and beggar but as a prince with all the goodness of God at hand for possession.

Thought for the Day

There are occasions in life when you enter into the experience of wrestling. There are things, people and spiritual opponents that confront and desire to master and bring your being into bondage and slavery. Their purpose is to make you their victim where you are under their domination. The LORD has other plans and wills that though you engage such, you will be stronger and prove able to dominate and overcome. Instead of being mastered you are the master and continue to enjoy the liberty of being a child of God, knowing that ‘all things are yours’ to be possessed and exploited for the glory of your LORD and your own advancement. Like a Jacob: you wrestle but win through and obtain the triumphs. It is through these encounters you become a winner and are able to fulfil a powerful role within Christ’s kingdom.

When Christ died, He died for you individually just as much as if you’d been the only man in the world.

FAITH AND OBEDIENCE – Matthew 7: 24-29

Having delivered the greatest sermon of all time, Christ winds it up with a very powerful illustration that makes it perfectly clear that what is now demanded is faith and obedience. There not only has to be an inspired listening to what He has to say and teach, there must be a true believing and as a consequence the will to act in accord with all that is taught. Those who were to be His followers would have to rise to a new level of doctrine and deed.

In the use of this illustration of the wise and foolish man in the building of a house on the right foundation, He powerfully describes how certain lives and characteristics conclude. One can either finish up secure or devastated. The option is simply put before each person. One has to make the choice that there is going to be a following of Christ to the extent where there is the will to put His doctrine into practice. When everything comes to a finish it will become apparent as to whether there has been an adherence to Him and His Kingdom life and teaching. At the end it will be too late to make any amends. The conclusion is final and evident.

Give attention to the important rule of listening to all that Christ has got to say as Teacher in your life and experience. Know that He is available with His wisdom, love, grace and power to enable you to follow through all that He requires. It is utterly impossible to live His kind of life and doctrine without the enabling power of the Holy Spirit but He has been given in order to inspire and promote this heavenly quality of being and behaviour. At no time will He lead you astray but will lead you into all that is of a truthful nature and thus safeguard your whole life and future.

So thankful for this insight. Blessed are those who can hear our Father’s voice in this message.

I hope & pray for blessings for you Rev. E. Anderson for taking a moment of your time in sharing this for all to see. If I may share a passage that has been pressed upon me with you it would be Malachi 4. 🙂

May God receive all glory & honor in all that we say & do as the body of Christ.

    In Him,
