Welcome to this Christian Website which has now been going for a number of years. Over 130,000 people have visited it since 2006. On the left hand side of the introductory page is a host of subjects and material that have been placed during this time and is there for your interest, study and perusal.

I feel it is time and right to change the format and to present day by day something a little simpler and trust will benefit and bless those who visit it. It will consist of a Prophetic Word for Today, A Golden Promise from the Scriptures, Wisdom that Works by Bob Stevenson, Choice Quotations and something to Focus your mind on are included that can be developed more fully by you. I trust you will find such refreshing and helpful.

Never doubt the ability of the LORD to be with always and to meet the crises that you are call to face and deal with. The reason for His presence is to demonstrate His love and care of and for you and to reveal that He is up to everything that life presents. Through Him being at hand, you can rest in faith knowing that you can truly and fully cope with all that shall attend your pathway today, and all your tomorrows, too! The apostle Paul did say: “The LORD is at hand”, and He is at hand to lend the needed hand so there will be always total provision. So enjoy the next hours of your journey, sensing that He that journeyed of old with the Israelites through the desert is with you and will not fail to deliver the goods. Hallelujah!!

“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvellous light” – 1 Peter 2: 9

Today’s promise is an amazing declaration of who we are in Christ! We are a royal priesthood, a chosen generation and a people for God’s own possession. You may be called to do many things today… Get up and go to work. Fix your children’s meals. Work around the house, etc., etc. Even though today you may be called to do many mundane things, my prayer is that you would know in the midst of your daily routine how God sees you!

You are a part of His royal priesthood. You were chosen to belong to God and show forth His praises before the foundation of the world. My prayer today is that whatever you do in life, you would know that you are part of a people of God’s own possession who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light!

THE JACKPOT –  Rev. Bob Stevenson

“Can you hear the voice of wisdom? She is standing at the city gates and at every fork in the road, and at the door of every house. Listen to what she says: . . . . For I have important information for you. Everything I say is right and true. For I hate lies and every kind of deception

Millions of punters each week place their hard earned cash on the counter of the lottery agents shop in the hope of winning the ultimate prize and hit the jackpot. How many have come into the big money only to find that within a few years they are right back where they started from. Not so with wisdom her instruction is far more valuable than silver or gold.

Here are some reasons why wisdom will help you win the jackpot.

Wisdom is on call where ever you are! Whether in the city gates of business and commerce. Whether you are a traveller on the road or whether you are just within the confines of your own home. Wisdom will be crying out for your attention

She is prepared to speak to anyone who wants to listen! Whether you are naive or have a track record of foolishness she is longing to put you in the driving seat of the journey of life.

One of the most beautiful qualities of true friendship is to understand and to be understood – Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Walking with a friend in the dark is better than walking alone in the light – Helen Keller

Two persons cannot long be friends if they cannot forgive each other’s little failings – Jean de la Bruyere

I cannot even imagine where I would be today were it not for that handful of friends who have given me a heart full of joy. Let’s face it, friends make life a lot more fun – Charles R. Swindoll
