WELCOME TO THIS CHRISTIAN WEBSITE

Welcome to this Christian Website which has now been going for a number of years. Over 128,000 people have visited it since 2006. On the left hand side of the introductory page is a host of subjects and material that have been placed during this time and is there for your interest, study and perusal.

I feel it is time and right to change the format and to present day by day something a little simpler and trust will benefit and bless those who visit it. It will consist of a Prophetic Word for Today, A Golden Promise from the Scriptures, Just a Thought by Aaron Linford. A Choice Quotation and a miniature message from the Psalms that can be developed more fully by you. I trust you will find such refreshing and helpful

A PROPHETIC WORD FOR YOU

The Lord would you have you in mind and spirit like the apostle Paul who said: “None of these things move me . . .” – Acts 20:24. Reviewing his life and seeing the difficulties ahead and the prospect of being a martyr, he was undisturbed in thought, emotion and will. Everything was of a settled state in his inward being because he believed that in Christ he was big enough to face everything in and for Christ and succeed. And so with you, too: with Christ within and in control you can remain calm and convinced that whatever is before will be handled in a beautiful and God-glorifying manner. You may be called to confront rough and tough seasons but you will know His Presence to tackle all resourced by Him who has all the answers. Having made you a conqueror, you will know what it is to face head-on all that would seek to cause distress and distraction and reject such with a calm attitude. You are a winner and will yet add many more victories to your life!

A GOLDEN PROMISE

“Oh, fear the LORD, you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him. The young lions lack and suffer hunger; but those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing” – Psalm 34: 10

JUST A THOUGHT by Aaron Linford
IT HAPPENED ON THE GAZA STRIP
It was a long journey from Samaria to the Gaza highway, still longer from revival city to desert sand – but this event was epochal – a Gentile was to be ushered into the Kingdom of God.

The story is told in (Acts 8:26-40). What a tale of miracle – timing.

An important Ethiopian diplomat beguiles a long journey reading a precious manuscript. Was it newly purchased from Jerusalem? It was the Book of the prophet Isaiah. This educated and opulent courtier was reading aloud. Many miles away in Samaria an angel instructed Philip to go to this desert road. A chariot appears on the dusty highway. The Holy Spirit tells the evangelist to join it. As he runs alongside he hears the important official reading.
“Do you know what it means”? asks Philip.

“Come up and explain”, responded the amiable traveller.
The passage was Isaiah Chapter 53 – the “Suffering Servant” narrative. Philip recounts the story of the Cross of Jesus. The Ethiopian eagerly absorbs the message and spying a wayside pool, asks to be baptised. Who can tell the influence of this divinely – arranged meeting? Did Ethiopia respond to their Chancellors testimony? We shall know one day.
