Rev. E. Anderson

Welcome to this Christian Website which has now been going for a number of years. Over 128,000 people have visited it since 2006. On the left hand side of the introductory page is a host of subjects and material that have been placed during this time and is there for your interest, study and perusal.

I feel it is time and right to change the format and to present day by day something a little simpler and trust will benefit and bless those who visit it. It will consist of a Prophetic Word for Today, A Golden Promise from the Scriptures, Just a Thought by Aaron Linford. A Choice Quotation and a miniature message from the Psalms that can be developed more fully. I trust you will find such refreshing and helpful

Your Lord is a speaking Lord that gives revelation and assurance to those who love, believe and seek Him. He will not disappoint as you make Him your quest. The same Lord that revealed Himself to Enoch, Abraham, Moses, Samuel, etc., is the One still around and wills and waits to make known to you what is essential for today. As you read the Scriptures, simply pray, experience the presence of the Holy Spirit you will be guided throughout and know His remarkable hand of blessing. Be in the place where like Samuel you can say with heart-felt meaning: ‘Speak Lord, your servant heareth’. He will enlighten and brighten your path.

“In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths” – Proverbs 3: 6

An inept golfer’s ball flew into the rough and landed on an anthill.

He tried and tried to hit the ball back onto the fairway but each time he
missed and hit the anthill. Ants went flying all over the place.

One ant turned to another and said, “If we are going to survive, we had
better get on the ball.”

JUST A THOUGHT by Aaron Linford

Paul speaks of “the life which l now live in the flesh l live by the faith of the Son of God” (Gal 2:20). Hitherto he had lived his own life, now he was under new management, a “slave of Jesus Christ” (Rom 1:1), for so “servant” means.

A new principle possessed him. The love of Christ “who gave Himself or me” had driven out self-love. Now he was a captive of this all-pervasive emotion. The love of Jesus was in charge.

A new power propelled him. Christ lived in Him, a propulsive energy that impelled him to prodigious crusades in spreading the Gospel into all the world.

A new purpose pervaded him. “Crucified” to the world and all its wasteful ways and woeful wants, he nevertheless gave himself to the world in such service as led many to accept the same Saviour and the same sacred servitude that had taken over his own life. His friends thought him mad, his enemies concluded him bad, but in this new employment in the service of Christ he was supremely glad: life to the full was his. His faith in Christ linked him to a love that was a source of endless joy and a life that was etemal I its exquisite essence and its everlasting enjoyment!

A professor at the University of Michigan said to me: “As soon as we create lif in a test tube, we don’t need God anymore”.
I answered: “This happened once before when man ruled God out and proposed the Tower of Babel. It ended in frustration, confusion and judgment” – Dr. Billy Graham

A MINIATURE MESSAGE – Taken from the Psalms

The psalmist reveals that if you are to be the right person then certain things have to be adopted that introduces, creates and cultivates a noble and worthy character that is acceptable to God, the highest of all.

There is a negative life and life-style that has to be deliberately rejected and avoided

• Walking not in the counsel of the ungodly
• Nor standing in the path of sinners
• Sitting not in the seat of the scornful

The conclusion: Become chaff and will be not be approved by God on Judgment Day and will perish – vv4,5.6

In going God’s way you become a positive person being directed in a positive way with positive consequences.

• There is delight in the law of the Lord, the Scriptures, and God’s book of and on Life.
• There is the choice to spend time and commitment to meditate within its precepts and promises and live accordingly.

The conclusion: You become rightly planted and productive; ever verdant and prospering v3. The Lord also keeping His gracious and favourable eye on your life in every way, everyday – v6. And in the ultimate, eternal acceptance.
