Lord and savior. I received Jesus by faith through grace
almost 15years ago. Am married to Edith and we have
seen His faithfulness in the ministry. We are located

How amazing to just get off a plane form New Orleans. Just happen to come into my office to wait with my CEO as she does an expense report (she did not want to be in the office building on Sunday night alone and of course I did not, and had not planned to be here with her). However, when I checked my e-mail I saw a piece about John Milton (my grandmother named me after Milton, and my uncle John Milton Black) who I constantly read about and follow comments about, and low and behold I am referred to this site.

This is truly amazing. I love the writing, and the content. I was particularly struck with the opening passages I read about God speaking to us through the Holy Spirit, the Bible, and Nature, and people.

I am currently working on a CD of my original music after putting it on the back burner for years working in the PR, marketing, advertising and free lancing as a writer.
How ironic that while working on the Bayou Classic in New Orleans this past weekend I would meet, and spend time with two extra-ordinary musicians (whom I had never met personally, but have admired their work) Earl Toon (Kool and the Gang), and Darrell Levine (Keyboardist, Jazz violinist) who offered to help me develop my project.

Not only does God prepare us for the next level, he places the people in our path to help us get to the next level. The irony of this is, of course “I” wanted to meet them long before now (before I had spent eight years re-learning to play the keyboards, before I had written and arranged 27 songs, and become a regular at local venues, and before my writing had been published in several languages in countries where they have performed, and I have current prose in the public domain) Go figure!

God really des have a “Master Plan”, and it truly is (regardless of what our ego tells us) much, much, better than ours.

I thought I had arrived at Shocksville when I was lately reading “Edward Irving is Unnerving” in Googleland. It has me convinced that someone named Edward should be viewed as the “father” of dispensationalism instead of someone with the name of John. See if I am dreaming. Alwyn (I stumbled upon it on the “Our Daily Bread” blog hosted by a Mr. Joe Ortiz, the date being November 12, if that is of any particular significance.)
